يخضع استخدام منصة بريدج اكس لهذه الشروط والأحكام، والتي تهدف إلى تنظيم العلاقة بين المنصة والمستخدمين وضمان الجدية والوضوح في التعامل. تعمل بريدج اكس كمنصة تنظيم وربط بين الأطراف المهتمة بالشراكات أو الفرص، ولا تمثل طرفًا في أي اتفاق أو شراكة قد تنشأ بين المستخدمين.
يقر المستخدم بأن جميع المعلومات التي يقدمها صحيحة ودقيقة، ويتحمل كامل المسؤولية عن محتواها. كما يقر بأن دور المنصة يقتصر على دراسة الطلبات وتنظيم عملية الربط، دون أي التزام بضمان نتائج معينة أو إتمام شراكات أو تحقيق عوائد.
أي رسوم يتم دفعها مقابل تسجيل الطلب أو دراسة الفكرة أو الخدمات المرتبطة بها تعتبر رسومًا تنظيمية وغير قابلة للاسترداد. تحتفظ بريدج اكس بحق قبول أو رفض أي طلب، أو إيقاف التعامل مع أي مستخدم، في حال تبين عدم الجدية أو مخالفة سياسة المنصة أو استخدام الخدمة لأغراض غير مشروعة.
يعد استمرار استخدام المنصة إقرارًا صريحًا بالموافقة على هذه الشروط والأحكام، كما تحتفظ بريدج اكس بحق تعديلها في أي وقت بما يتناسب مع تطوير المنصة أو المتطلبات التنظيمية.
Use of the BridgeX platform is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which aim to regulate the relationship between the platform and its users and ensure seriousness and transparency. BridgeX operates solely as a facilitation and connection platform between parties interested in partnerships or opportunities and is not a party to any agreement or partnership formed between users.
Users acknowledge that all information submitted is accurate and truthful and bear full responsibility for its content. The platform’s role is limited to reviewing requests and facilitating connections and does not guarantee outcomes, successful partnerships, or financial returns.
Any fees paid for request registration, idea evaluation, or related services are considered administrative and are non-refundable. BridgeX reserves the right to accept or reject any request or suspend access for any user in cases of lack of seriousness, policy violations, or misuse of the platform.
Continued use of the platform constitutes explicit acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. BridgeX also reserves the right to amend these terms at any time in line with platform development or regulatory requirements.
